Shipping Policy

We at Arty Tals thrive to provide a beautiful shopping experience. We understand the excitement of making a purchase and the importance of delivering the products in the finest condition and quality. Arty tales is committed to delivering your order within the fastest time frame while ensuring maximum with the highest quality packaging.

  • Online paid orders are shipped in 5-6 working days and are mostly delivered within 4-7 working days for readymade products.

  • The customized products will be shipped within 20-40 days from the date of order based on the nature of the product.

  • We ship throughout the week except for Sundays & public holidays during the normal working hours. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies such as FedEx, Bluedart, Delivery, Xpressbess etc.

  • Once the product is shipped, you will receive an email notification/sms from the c delivery agency

  • If there is no courier available in your area, we will try delivering your order through registered India Post.

  • We charge a nominal shipping cost of Rs.50/Rs.100 based on the size & volume of the product for orders below Rs.1500 (within India).

  • For international orders, the shipping cost will be as per actual depending on the service preferred by the customer. 

 Return Policy

We at Arty Tales take pride in creating the most unique shopping experience and ensure a thorough quality check before dispatching each order.

To help us make your experience even better, please ensure to inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if you receive a wrong item or in case the item is damaged.

1. The below category of products are not eligible for cancellation or return: 

  • Made to order

  • customized

  • discounted or on sale products

2. The exchange of the product will be accepted in the below-mentioned cases only:

  • In case of products damaged during transit, the product will be exchanged provided we are informed within 24hrs of receipt of the order along with an unboxing video for the same (via email)

  • Receipt of the wrong item/ product (shipping charges shall be borne by us)

3. Any other product other than the above-mentioned can be requested for exchange of the same or higher value on request. In such cases, a credit note on your bill value shall be issued, which may be used within a span of 8 months for any products from our online store.
